Does anyone have a template or spreadsheet you use to help you calculate the owed fringe on Davis Bacon work? Our current payroll provider does not understand the intricacies of DB, and while we are switching to Miter in late January, I need to properly calculate the wage/fringe today lol. I have the list of wages/fringes by position, but my understanding is that any currently paid benefits (like healthcare) count as a credit against the DB fringe, but I'm not finding enough through my own internet searches to make me comfortable calculating it on my own.
