We are a VA Contractor who works in multiple states. How do you track for these types of projects? Are they tracked within your construction software or some other method? Are there good software tools available to handle these in the "subcontract" world?
-OCIP/CCIP (Owner Controlled and/or Contractor Controlled Insurance Projects)
-Prevailing Wage Projects
-Certified Payroll jobs not necessarily Prevailing wage
-Certified Payroll jobs that are State and/or Federal Funded projects - Also, not always noted as prevailing wage but payrolls are generally required.
-Public Works projects - We find that these jobs are not always noted as prevailing wage, but generally payrolls are required – Primarily northeast states ie; PA, NJ, NY
