Does anyone that has a salesperson mind sharing (even broadly) how you structure your commission plan(s)? We have tried and failed to devise a commission plan on our own, so I am now looking for input from those who have been successful. We are a MEP construction company, but also offer service for those same trades and telecom, and our vision is that a sales team would help grow the service side of our business.
