We are a federal contractor so majority of our jobs require certified payrolls. When we set up a new sub on a job we make sure to list the requirement of certified payrolls in the flow down provisions. We supply them with all the information they need project number, project name, project address, and a copy of the Davis-Bacon wages applicable to the location of the project. We also have a designated point of contact for them to send their submissions to directly. At times, when it isn't something they are use to, we set up zoom calls with them in the beginning to show them the process of creating them and go over all the required fields.
