Very strange ~ I had some helpful responses here that aided our implementation but they seem to have disappeared?! Just wanted to circle back to say thank you and that the Teams implementation was a success. Everyone prefers the interface in Teams describing it as a 'whiteboard' for each project. Much easier than tracking down dozens of emails relating to the approval details for each contract. We're still playing with the 'task' function, it seems the preference (in our company) is for using the @ function to individually tag team members when their input is required.
