Sub Specialty Contractor

Good Afternoon,

We are in the process of converting to Trimble Construction One - Viewpoint Spectrum / Team.  Our Company primarily specializes in Plumbing, HVAC and Controls. Of our three divisions, two are concentrated in Service. One operating in the residential space and one in commercial. I am looking for others which also use this platform for Service Management.  We have started to implement the new version of the "Service Tech" app with mixed results.  Mostly good but really have just scratched the surface of what it can do. We also are rolling out the PTE app next week for field payroll entry on construction projects.

I would appreciate comments from those who also use these products in a Service Related Business. I am looking to expand our resources and would like to find the best way to leverage this software.

We specialize in Commercial HVAC with a service division.  We have been using Spectrum since 2018, we did use the Service Tech app for a while but ended up switching to Field Connect for the field and have been using that for about 3 years.  I am happy to discuss this with you.  Feel free to email or call.
