We don't do a lot either, here is what I have seen as approved deductions.
Health Insurance (employer paid portion - must not include any that employee is contributing)
PTO (or vacation/ sick, however you figure)
Holiday (if paid)
Training (must have backup records as proof if audited)
401k (match portion, if paid)
Bonus/Profit sharing (if can verify through pay records)
Here are benefits that a company may provide, but I have been told is NOT allowable fringe deduction.
Vehicle
Travel expenses
Cell phone
