I'm looking for reviews of CorPay Lodging, formerly known as CLC.  We had a demo with them and everything looked good.  No long contracts to sign.  Then we started looking at BBB complaints and reviews online and they weren't good.  I just wondering what other company's experience has been.  Do you use a different service for field employees to book hotel rooms?

    Scott,

At a previous company we used CLC lodging to book hotel rooms across the country for our traveling guys. For the most part they did fairly well and found a decent rate with them and could manage the stays from the company level. There were a couple of tweaks at that time that once figured out we had a lot more success. When making the reservation if the hotel didn't have a "book now" and just had I think it was "reserve", we almost never got the "reserve" ones so we had to look for the ones we could book at time of reservation. Also if an employee didn't have a CLC card and we were booking for a temp/new employee there were some additional steps to go through to make sure they could check in. As far as customer service, they were decent if there was an issue with the hotel lodging for the most part the reps were good, we had a few that struggled. I never did see an issue with billing, but we also were running very lean and nothing popped out.

    Hope this helps,

    Have a blessed day!
