I am with a structural steel fabricator and erector company, and we are interested in getting more federal work. However, to do so, we have to certify as being CMMC Level 1 compliant.
We already have an excellent vendor helping us through the process that I met at a CFMA conference. What I would love, though, is to talk to a firm that has implemented CMMC Level 1 and can share practical, on the ground experience.
Our IT Director is leading the effort, and I'd love to put him in touch with someone in IT that has actively implemented Level 1 protocols at their own firm, so he can discuss with someone boots on the ground, and practical impacts not just theoretical.
