We are a medium-sized subcontractor and are in need of building/buying a tool that will integrate with our accounting/job costing software (Sage 100) allowing us to more easily manage the daily scheduling of our labor incorporating our current jobs via a calendar...
The only solutions we see create schedules for each project (microsoft project-like) vs one dashboard with all current projects and all current employees (ideally per dept/pm) allowing us to, at a glance, see and manage who is where when and schedule them for future projects. I can't believe that as subs, with labor being our biggest resource that we don't have a more sophisticated tool to better manage our core function.
Sage 100 has it for service but we really need for jobs....
Anyone else out there found, developed or would develop something like this?
