DDM Construction is currently looking for a highly motivated experienced Financial Controller to join our team.

The Financial Controller will report the company President and will be responsible for managing the companies Accounting, Finance, Payroll and HR functions. 

Must have experience is

1. Construction experience including financial reporting and general ledger maintenance using ERP system (something other than quickbooks)
2. Experience with company that self performs work is preferred over general contractor
3. Strong excel and analytical skills
4. Strong attention to detail
5. Stability in prior employment (not changing jobs yearly)
6. 3 – 5 years in similar role
7. Ability to work in fast paced environment
