    CFMA 2019 Annual Conference & Exhibition in Las Vegas in June provided unparalleled education opportunities, including general sessions, mini-conferences, breakout sessions, peer groups, and a multitude of social and networking experiences.   The 2020 Conference will be in our back yard - The Marriott Wardman Park, DC.  May 30- June 3, 2020.

    2019 Midwest Regional Conference is scheduled for September 22-23 at the Chicago Marriott, Oak Brook.

    We are seeking an experienced Construction Payroll Administrator. Responsible for ensuring prevailing wage compliance with public works projects.     ​Join us for our Monthly Luncheon on May 22, 2019 at Lawry's to discuss a topic that has been brought up more often in the workplace within the last couple of years. Since the #metoo movement the topic of Sexual Harassment in the workplace has been reintroduced with a serious tone, leaving Management to figure out how to address this sensitive topic.
  • Free Event Attendance to Puget Sound Chapter Members; Great incentive to Renew Chapter Memberships

    THERE IS SUCH A THING AS A FREE LUNCH! Beginning in April 2019, the cost of all regular meetings will be included in your annual Puget Sound Chapter membership dues which increased this year to be able to offer these free educational event attendances and meals. Please remember to renew your Puget Sound Chapter membership by March 31st. You will still need to register in advance for the meetings to ensure we have enough food and table settings. Non-members are welcome to attend; their cost will still be $65.

    The CFMA Piedmont Chapter participated in a project with Habitat for Humanity in Winston Salem in September for a day of service.  Members were also treated to a game of Kubb afterwards!

  • Construction Industry Alliance for Suicide Prevention receives $140,500 donation!

    Thanks to the incredible efforts of FCL Builders and numerous volunteers, their annual Casino Night fundraiser resulted in a donation of $140,500 to CIASP!  As a chapter, we are proud to support efforts to advance awareness of suicide in the construction industry, and those working to make a difference.

  • 2018 Puget Sound Chapter Showcase at CFMA National Conference

    The Puget Sound Chapter of CFMA presented their 2018 CFMA Chapter Showcase at the June 2018 National Conference in Florida. The Puget Sound Chapter and AGC of Washington hosted the educational event, "Suicide Prevention Summit," with Cal Beyer as a moderator for the panel. This lifesaving summit was attended by area HR and safety professionals, as well as chapter members and non-members.
  • Puget Sound Chapter receives National’s 2018 Founders Recognition Award

    Puget Sound CFMA received the Founders Recognition Award for its score in National’s 2018 Chapter Benchmarking and Awards. Our Chapter had the 17th highest score out of 98 Chapters that submitted. We are honored and proud of our achievements and continue to strive for excellence in our Chapter’s work and events.
