    Good morning!  We just had union wage/fringes increase on 6/1. Does everyone typically go into LCP and update each employee with their new wage and benefit rates one by one?

    We typically update our Rate Sheets and send them to the GC. They then update the classifications and when we tag the employees to the class the new rates populate for us.

    We do, as we upload a file weekly from our software, but use the LCP Tracker fringe calculation to calculate the fringes per employee.  Thus, we have to update their fringe p/r record.
