As a CFMA Specialty Trade General member you are invited to join us for our Zoom Roundtable event, Teaming Up! - CFM & Operations Partner for a Successful Project, taking place on Tuesday, September 20th at 2:00 pm Eastern. This virtual event is limited to 30 Specialty Trade CFMA General members only.
This roundtable for specialty trade contractors will discuss and share various aspects of project start-up and kickoff meetings. Gather virtually with your peers to share best practices on what subjects are critical to review and identify at Project Kickoff to prevent issues down the road. Exchange knowledge on financial areas such as Job Budgeting, Billing Process, and Change Order Management in order to have a handle and impact on the financial results of your projects.
