Sub Specialty Contractor

We are a MEP specialty sub and are looking at Siteline's platform to aid us with lien waiver management (we do NOT need their billing component).  We've been quoted at approximately $6K/year for it.

Can any other subs that currently today or in the past have used Siteline specifically for the lien waiver management share your thoughts on the platform, and either good or bad what impact it had on your overall cash collection/days sales outstanding?

It's a fantastic tool. We use it for billing and lien waivers. I can't comment specifically on the cash collection piece, but it certainly has drastically reduced the amount of administrative time we spend on billing/waivers.

We have been utilizing Siteline for approximately eight months now. Initially, I adopted the platform specifically for managing lien waivers, and I am pleased to say that I am thoroughly impressed. The color-coded status indicators for lien waivers greatly enhance visibility and streamline the tracking process.

Although I initially did not anticipate needing Siteline for billing, as we currently use Sage 300, our project managers have found the interface to be highly intuitive and visually appealing. They especially appreciate the ease of creating monthly billings and the detailed tracking of each step involved in the process.

One feature I particularly value is Siteline's ability to incorporate custom billing or lien waiver forms provided by general contractors, ensuring that all required documentation is accurately submitted. Additionally, the new collection tab has proven to be extremely helpful in tracking communications and understanding the latest status updates regarding payments.

Overall, Siteline has significantly improved our workflow and communication efficiency.

I love hearing this feedback!  Will, we are also a Mech Sub and have just started implementation of Siteline.  I am excited that it will not only streamline our billing and management of lien waivers, but also give our Proj Accountants more visibility into the collection aspect for our projects.  We have been looking at it for about 2 years, but were moving from Microsoft Dynamics GP to Vista and wanted to get that done first.  One year into Vista so we are ready to start tweaking and finding ways to be more efficient!

We absolutely love the entire package for both billing and waivers.  We have over 800 jobs and streamlining the billing package makes a whole lot of sense.  Waivers are an added benefit, but great and efficient as well.  Claire Wilson, one of the owners, sold my deal and she's excellent.  We are now making waves to support an integration with CMIC as we move to a new ERP.  Siteline has supported us along the way.

Add us to the list of happy Siteline users. We've been using it for about a year now and, honestly, the biggest sell for me was how much our team loves it. From the department administrators to the PMs, it's a favorite. Their support team is always quick to jump in and fix any issues, so they never linger long.

We are currently working on the transition to Sage Intacct from Sage 300CRE and Siteline had a sandbox up and running in no time for us to use during our training and testing. Great team and great product.
