Heavy Highway Contractor

We're planning to migrate our on-premises file servers to SharePoint. We have roughly 1 TB on our current file server, though we plan to archive older data and migrate only active files, likely during a year-end cutover window. We're in the planning stage now.

I'd appreciate recommendations on vendors you've used for this type of migration, along with any best practices or lessons learned.

For context: we're a small office of about fifteen people with a fairly simple folder structure.
