Sub Specialty Contractor

I'm reaching out to any users of both Sage Intacct for their accounting and Sage Field Operations (SFO) for managing their service department. We are in the process of evaluating SFO and would appreciate any feedback.

We use SFO in combination with SAGE 100 Contractor. I am not sure how it might work with Intacct. The SFO features work fine, but we constantly have issue with it going down or not connecting to the main accounting system. It's a weekly gamble as to whether we will be spending time on the phone with SAGE Support.
