We are looking into the new Sage HCM product to replace our employee HRM system (BambooHR), along with our payroll processor (Miter). If anyone has implemented HCM, I would love to connect and learn more about your experience--the good, bad and ugly. Looking to learn about your experience with payroll--time capturing, processing, tax reporting, integration with Sage Intacct--basically everything. Also feedback on the other modules: Onboarding/Offboarding, Benefit Management, Performance, Compensation. We have both a union and non-union company so also interested in how the union payroll is working for you.
