Just following up on last week's Reporting & KPIs session presented by Forvis Mazars, did anyone have any follow up questions or suggestions on tracking KPIs at your own company? I've worked with CFOs and Presidents to determine which KPIs matter to them and helped them build it into their financial statement packages in the past, and since it's in Excel you can do historical trends or graphs and do conditional formatting on the calculated amounts to make it a red light / green light report.
