    Hi everyone - I'm reaching out to see if any fellow construction companies have experience moving from a traditional group health insurance plan to a Redirect/ICHRA-style model, where employees purchase individual coverage and the employer provides a defined monthly contribution or reimbursement. With continued premium increases and the challenges of managing group plans, we're exploring whether this type of approach could offer more long-term cost control for the company while still providing competitive benefits for our workforce. If your organization has made this transition (or seriously evaluated it), I'd really value hearing how the rollout went, how employees responded, what administrative or compliance hurdles you encountered, and whether you would make the switch again.
