Does anyone have a system or template they would be willing to share that they use internally to evaluate project risk?
I sat in on a session at the national conference where someone showed a template their company used. It evaluated contract terms, job type and size, customer financing source/verification, and more. This was a step the company took to evaluate their prospects and to decide whether to take the job.
