    Hello, 

    We are currently trying to establish a project review process once a project has been closed out. Can anyone provide me with some information/reports they find helpful to see the financial performance on a project? I currently run a Job Income Statement, Hours Report. I also made my own "Project Health" report which shows the Overhead and Profits throughout the duration of the project, but if anyone has more suggestions, please let me know. 

    We would like to use the information we collect to help our estimating team with similar projects in the future. We use Procore and Sage 100 Contractor.

    I would look at any profit fade – that may be included in the health report.
