We are about to have our first renewal with Procore after an initial 3-year agreement.  I am looking for insight.  We were told our renewal fees were based on billings the previous 12 months and they are asking for current billing information.

    1) Will Procore try to post bill me if our annual revenue is above the amount we initially set 3 years ago.

    2) What process did Procore try to take at renewals? I don't want to overprovide information.

That is exactly what they do.  They will bill you in arears for revenue higher than what was originally estimated, and use that higher number going forward.  One thing to keep in mind is that the 'billings' only relate to who or what type of project is being supported.  For us, ProCore relates to our furniture segment, which had revenue for both installation services and product sales.  Procore only relates to the installation part, not the product part.  This meant a large reduction in our user fees.  Think creatively when coming up with your number.
