Hi Stefani,
We use ADP and looked several years ago at moving to Paycom - we got into implementation and found that many of the things they said they could do did not materialize, so we never went live. Again, this was maybe 7-8 years ago, so I am sure things have changed, but just wanted to caution you. I do not think the sales person we worked with is still there, if that helps.
ADP isn't perfect, but we have found it does everything we need - we added Clear Company for the HR component.

Subject: Payroll - Paycor vs. Paycom?
Good Morning -
We are looking at potentially outsourcing payroll and starting an HRIS system. We've got too many spreadsheets for tracking different things and we need to consolidate. We're looking for a long term, multi-functional system that can track all HR needs including PTO, Safety trainings, Referral incentives, etc..
We've met with Paycor and Paycom, as well as some others, but these two seem to have what we are looking for. We use Foundation for accounting and Procore for project management and time tracking.
Can you please share the good, the bad and the ugly on these two?
