Good Morning,
We are a small family-owned excavation company and are looking for the best methods/options to pass ownership from father to children. Does anybody know of typical methods used (buyout, gifting, both, etc.) and what the advantages/disadvantages are to those different methods? Also, are there any good contacts we could reach out to discuss this with in more detail?
