Hi, CFMA Community!
My first thread! I am researching entity registration/tax filing responsibility for a consulting agreement with a Texas company. I am in Arizona. Just wondered if anyone had previous experience with a similar situation and may be able to offer advice, or best resources. The agreement was entered into and first payment was received in July. No work will be performed on site, it's preconstruction/construction management services.
