I think our company is finally ready to take the leap and implement remote time tracking software so we can eliminate paper timecards! We are also looking for human resources software. My initial thought is to potentially use the same software vendor for both for ease of integration, but I'd like to hear others' thoughts on that. We have about 80 union and non-union employees, we code time to our equipment when we do maintenance and repairs, and we have certified payroll, so the time tracking solution must be able to handle these items. We use the following software: Sage 300 CRE, Arcoro (applicant tracking), TImberScan (AP invoice routing), and PlanGrid (project management).
What solution(s) would you recommend or caution that I stay away from?
