Heavy Highway Contractor

We currently use Microsoft SL Dynamics for accounting and Spitfire Project Management for job cost. SL is scheduled to be discontinued in 2028.

We are beginning to shop for a new accounting and job cost system and would like recommendations.  We are a mid size civil contractor working in the southeast.

Can anyone recommend a fully integrated accounting / job costing system?   We would prefer to stay with Spitfire for job cost but are open to change if the systems are fully integrated.

Mark,

I would start by asking Spitfire what options they have to integrate with other ERP solutions. I looked at their website and couldn't find any details on how data is shared between systems. That said, most of the newer construction ERP options either have project management built in or have ready-built integrations with 3rd party PM tools.
