I wanted to reach out and see how everyone else is handling the new Louisiana state sales tax increase and its impact on current contracts. After completing Form R-1075 for each contract, are you notifying your vendors to ensure they continue invoicing you at the same sales tax rate of 4.45% until the project is completed? If not, what process are you implementing to address this change?
