a. Experience with Viewpoint / Spectrum a plus
b. TXDOT or municipal public works experience
c. Prevailing wage and or certified payroll background
d. Takes ownership of WIP / CIP schedule
e. Having the Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional, (CCIFP) designation a plus.
