Good Morning,
We are a small excavation company and we have some other subcontractors in other trades that we deal with regularly and have a great relationship with. I've worked for a large heavy civil contractor in the past where we joint ventured with another contractor to go after specific work, but that joint venture was its own entity. For small contractors looking to team up on a project, what other best methods are there to partner that doesn't require creating a whole separate entity?
