We currently use iSolved. They are really good 95% of the time – 99% after you get everything dialed in the way you need it. We did have some issues with the guys trying to set up the log in so they can view their paystubs themselves (we have direct deposit or pay card through Cliq) sometimes it takes a bit to help them get set up. Field guys are not always too computer literate so we have the office staff try to help them get it set up.
We do our job costing for labor through them as well. We have divisions, departments, and jobs. It does work well and their reports are fantastic! Even better once you learn how to use the report writer for "custom" reports. You are able to get and see EXACTLY what you want. For me it did take a bit to learn the system.
When you have an issue you have to send an email and then they send you a confirmation and you get put in the que. When I complained to our account manager about this – she said to call the 800 number after you receive the confirmation and that I guess moves you up to someone that can handle it right away if need be.
The only issue I have is that they are constantly trying to "MARKET" other services to us. For some it may be great to have the extra help – for us we just needed the payroll. We did use them to re-do our Employee Handbook which is now available to any employee at anytime online.
Your account manger is your friend if you have any issues.
