Good morning, everyone!
I'd love to hear your thoughts and experiences with the HR Module within Vista Viewpoint. A few of the features we're particularly interested in are online onboarding, employee leave tracking, giving employees easier access to their personal documents, and providing a more secure way for employees to communicate with HR.
If your organization has implemented this module, or is currently in the process of doing so, I'd love to hear your feedback on how it's working and which functions you've found most useful.
One of our biggest questions is regarding licensing. Do you turn licenses on and off as employees need access, or does your organization purchase a license for every employee?
