I'm interested if anyone is using a fractional or part-time General Counsel. We are considering adding a dedicated resource to transition contract reviews and negotiations, assist with claims and dispute management, etc. A critical aspect would be to build relationships with our estimators, PM"s and management team and have this feel like or be a team member vs. outsider counsel. It is also a key part of future succession strategy and as we move into new markets and more complex projects.
