    Looking at using Finvari (with Vista Viewpoint) for a credit card solution.  Was wondering if there is good and/or not good experience with settling them up and day-to-day operations.

    Hi Shawn, 

    We have been using Finvari for just over a year now and it has been great!  The customer service team is very responsive and helpful.  The website is super easy to manage the cards and can make changes to any spend profile or refresh the spending limit immediately.  The integration into Vista is done through and import file as they close the weekly batches.  No issues there either, unless cardholders aren't submitting their expenses online.  The system does remind you quite often to code your transaction and attach a receipt.  

    Overall, we are super pleased with Finvari and the customization they allow with how your company operates within Viewpoint.

    We implemented Finvari and am a Spectrum user and the integration is extremely tight. From initial talks to implementation it can be done in less than a month. Our field guys love it and we were able to automate about 40 hours of work away at month end. Now we can bill quicker as well as we're importing costs and receipts into our ERP weekly. Only downside is the payment of the cards is pulled weekly. Not sure if there is wiggle room on that front.

    We implemented about 6 months ago. Super easy! Customer services is literally the best and has been great with the few hiccups we've had. We run Sage 300/Timberscan and it has been a really seamless process. Even our field employees, who notoriously dislike new programs/apps, seem to prefer it over the old system of writing on receipts and turning them in.
