Would anyone be willing to share their PTO policy for the field?  We are looking to revamp ours and I'm curious as to what other trades are doing as far as how much people can earn

We just worked on this policy for our team.  Labor market is tight for skilled mechanics, so we have provided a nice benefit for PTO to reward our long-time folks.  Texas is a company friendly state, so I do highly recommend running this by your labor attorney to confirm that the laws of your state allow the terms we employed.  Best of luck!
