Good Afternoon,
We are looking for a field app that our foreman and other field personnel can use to enter and track their labor and equipment time. We perform commercial and residential sitework and our projects are typically setup with different cost codes that we are tracking against.
We currently use a mobile app that is owned by our accounting/PM software which is Procontractor by Viewpoint. The time entry portion of that mobile app is very clunky and we are looking for something else. One of our main wants is a time entry system that is setup with a grid, in which a foreman can enter time for labor and equipment across multiple cost codes, all within that one screen. I've used HeavyJob before and was a big fan, but the cost to entry for that is to much for us. We have also checked out BusyBusy, which we really liked and has a setup like this, but we found that the equipment time is always tied to the labor. This creates issues when entering multiple pieces of equipment with varying hours that doesn't always align with what the labor hours are.
Is there a good field app that anyone can recommend that fits the mold I am describing? Any help with this is much appreciated.
