I agree with Rich, the B2W or HCSS products are the big players in this market. Both HCSS HeavyBid and B2W Estimate work well for this type of work.
However, I'm curious if any native cloud software solutions have entered this space and work well for smaller contractors?

We are a site work contractor in Eastern PA. We have been using B2W Estimate for 20+ years. Our estimating team is very happy with the software, and it meets all of their needs for public and private work as well as change orders. Typically in the heavy contractor space, most contractors either align with B2W or HCSS suite of products.
