    Good morning! I am looking to do some disc profiling training and assessments with our office staff (about 20 individuals).  Does anybody have a resource that they have used?  I'm open to a variety of methods be it online, paper, or even a consultant.

    Shawn-

    A couple of years ago, we started using Acumax.  I had done DISC and other things in the past, but the Acumax was a different take on some things and it also helps take the person's working style/personality to see if they fit the role they are in.

    Another one I used years ago that I thought was really simple to understand and we used for our entire company to see how we could best work together was Kolbe.

    Hi Shawn,

    We used Gina Breslin at North Group Consulting to perform disc profile assessments for our company.  They did the tests, then met with our team to go over the results and give advice on how to communicate/collaborate effectively with teammates based on their profile.  We saw value in this service.  They are local to Lancaster, PA but they may do this remotely as well.

    I've done Everything DiSC through Wiley several times and can't recommend it enough. Their Catalyst platform is excellent. In addition to reviewing your profile in depth, you can compare your DiSC report with others and build team culture reports. You purchase with annual licenses, and they provide a lot of introductory materials so folks can learn DiSC asynchronously and remotely. If you're looking for a company to facilitate an in-person workshop, the Siteline team just did their annual off-site in Chicago, and we had our DiSC workshop facilitated by InnerWork (innerworkcompany.com). Our facilitator William was awesome. Highly recommend!

    I would also recommend using a consultant/trainer that utilizes Everything DiSC through Wiley. I would second everything Charlotte said above!
