Does anyone have experience administering and then collecting data from personality assessments (DiSC) administered to field employees who work off of cell phones and don't have access to computers? We are putting a workshop together and I'm struggling on creating a smooth process to administers and collect surveys from the field. We did it with the office staff and it worked fine but that group completed their surveys with computers and their email addresses.
Needs to be fool proof for the field. Thanks!!!
