We're currently in the early stages of evaluating a potential move from Vista on-prem to the cloud, and I'm curious what others are seeing in terms of pricing models or transition incentives.
I've heard mixed things-some teams mentioning rebates or onboarding concessions early in the process, while others noted pricing was pretty firm. I know every situation is a bit different depending on timing and structure, but I'd appreciate any general feedback (anonymized if needed) from folks who've recently gone through this.
Just trying to get a clearer picture of what's typical before we finalize anything.
