    We just finished a survey of 100+ GCs for Clearstory's latest Change Order Insights Report, and the takeaways were eye-opening:

    • 64.5% say CORs are messing with forecast accuracy

    • 66% say they delay closeout by up to a year

    • 92% are still reviewing CORs through email πŸ™ƒ

    Not exactly ideal when you're trying to stay on top of WIP, risk, and cash flow.

    Would love to hear how others are tackling this:

    • How are you tracking outstanding CORs before they hit the system?

    • Is there a clean way you're syncing what subs send vs what's in your log?

    • What tools (or workarounds) are you using to speed up review and approvals?
