We are a subcontractor that has had exponential growth over the last few years and are considering changing accounting firms. We are seeking recommendations for a CPA firm familiar with construction accounting and the ability to complete reviewed financial statements required by our financial institutions and bonding company - preferably one with practices in Florida. We have needs for tax preparation, investing/asset protection, and succession planning.
Also seeking any advice on what to look for or specifics for interviewing these firms. Has anyone made a change recently and what were your considerations for doing so?
