    Hello Everybody.

I am working in a small General Contractor company in Miami, and I am the Operations Manager of the company. I do all the Construction Financial Management for all the projects that the company perform, also I do the Financial Management of the company in general from Cash Flow to Projections of the year including futures Investments.

I would like to know if a specific software can help me to perform the work faster and better, right now I am working in a software in Excel that I personally designed but now I am feeling a bit frustrated because it is too much projects and too much information to process in a short time.

I was doing a research and I fond the software PROCORE, I am nor sure if that the best solution that I can get.

PD. Additional to the Construction Financial Management, I am doing Estimating, Cost Control, and Project Management. Will be great if someone would like to have a call with me and speak a bit of my work, the idea is the find a better way to do all my job with an experience of someone that can help me with the experience that he/she has.

    Thank you so much.

    Best regards,

Procore works best for billing and project management.  If you are looking for a small company ERP system, the best bang for the buck would be Foundation.  I think there is a Foundation connector for Procore.
