    I would welcome general thoughts on financial institutions that you all might recommend as good partners for the construction industry. Our goal is to find a bank that strives to create partnerships with their clients rather than just act as a depository. Thank you for any feedback.

    We utilize Dogwood State Bank which was recently acquired by TowneBank.  DSB is definitely not just a "depository bank"; they do actually strive for a partnership.  We always had great service with DSB, and I can only imagine it's only going to get broader and better since the acquisition by Towne.
