    Following as also curious. COIs are becoming an administrative burden with them sometimes coming both mail and email.

    In the end we ended up going with myCOI due to the fact that they carry insurance on their work.  But it's been a horrible experience so far, they have been short staffed because they grew to quickly I believe they have been telling us (Wish they told us ahead of time they were so far behind).  Reviews are taking weeks close to a month and not days.  I'm hoping it gets better soon but it's already been 3 months.

     

    A comment on our side was we wished we went with someone willing to make a phone call to get the issues resolved.  Not sure if any of the companies do this but will be asking next time we shop this.

    Hi Rachel, I don't have much experience using either of those but we offer the same service here at Flashtract where the compliance review is directly tied to subcontractor billing. Our team checks limits, validates each document, checks expiration dates etc. Then when you go to pay, any necessary holds are visible in a clear dashboard so that you can see who is in or out of compliance.
