    Does anyone currently utilize charge rates in CMiC?  I'm not talking about having billed rates to the owner, but using defined charge rates for specific trade codes that hit the job, rather than actual costs?

    We are looking to set up charge rates and moving away from actual labor rates too.  The setup seems a bit cumbersome and I'm curious how other companies make the transition.  Have you had any luck with this?

    Same! We're looking into this as well. We went live with CMiC May of 2025 and are usuing actual rates which causes a lot of manul moves after the fact to ensure people aren't seeing too much. We just started looking into charge rates.
