For electrical subcontractors in the CFMA community, what CRM platforms are you currently using to manage your pipeline, bids, and customer relationships?
Are you primarily leveraging general CRMs like HubSpot or Pipedrive, or industry-specific solutions such as Followup CRM or other construction-focused platforms?
Additionally, has anyone evaluated or transitioned to a CoEessential CRM alternative? I'd be interested in understanding what's working well today, gaps in current systems, and what's driving firms to consider a change.
