We have recently had a Capstone Health Program presented to our company. We have been told it can provide a FICA Deduction of $400-$700 per employee per year as well as provide 3 Wellness benefits at no net cost to employees and employers. We have also seen some IRS concerns about Wellness plan schemes (link provided). I am just interested in getting some feedback from anyone that has heard of Capstone and whether it has truly been a benefit or if you wished you had never done it.
