Hello! We had heard that it was standard practice for engineering firms to use services such as LevelSet to preserve lien rights. However, we have been getting a bit of pushback from some of our clients. I am curious if there are any engineering firms that are using LevelSet? What has the response from clients been in your experience? Or are mechanics liens unnecessary for engineering work?
